Google says 4-4.5 hours. Plan for 5-5.5. Similar to Samara — through Tilarán, down the Interamericana, then off to the Nicoya Peninsula. The road to Nosara has unpaved stretches that slow things down, especially in rainy season. Our vans are made for this kind of terrain.
