My brother Diego started driving tourists in La Fortuna back in 2006. After years working for other companies, he finally bought his own vehicle and started doing private transfers independently.

I had been working in tourism too—but on the other side. Reception, reservations, customer service. I knew how the office worked, how to handle bookings, how to keep clients happy.

When Diego went independent, he asked me to help him build something bigger. He had the vehicles and the road experience. I had the systems and client management skills. Together, we built Can't Wait Travel CR.

We've been in the tourism industry for nearly two decades, but our digital platform is brand new—launched in November 2025. This website is our way of bringing everything we've learned over the years into one professional, easy-to-use booking experience.

What started with one vehicle in La Fortuna has grown into a small but dedicated team with coverage across Costa Rica's most popular destinations: San José, Guanacaste, Monteverde, Manuel Antonio, and La Fortuna. Diego leads all operations on the ground. I coordinate every reservation from first contact to final confirmation. And behind us, a team of trusted drivers and support staff that grows with every passing year.

There's nothing better than seeing a tourist fall in love with Costa Rica. The look on their face when they see Arenal for the first time. The excitement of spotting a toucan on the way to Monteverde. The relief of arriving safe and relaxed after a long flight.
